SodaPower is backed by a 60-day results-or-refund money-back guarantee so you can try it with confidence.
If you are not satisfied with SodaPower for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date for the product price. The window runs from the date of purchase.
Contact our customer support team through our contact page first to request return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship bottles back before you receive these instructions.
Return the bottles, even empty ones, to the address our support team provides. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated; send it tracked. Digital bonus guides are non-returnable by nature.
Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Save your order confirmation and note the purchase date, since the 60-day window is calculated from that date. Questions? Reach out to our support team.
